My son had just learned to ride a bicycle without stabilisers, and this was his first day taking his own big bike out for a ride.
I look at this picture and see it as a symbolic journey as well as a physical one. – so thought I’d add it to the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge.
This was a very dull car park outside a community centre. There’s something old-fashioned about the nature of the picture that caused me to desaturate the colours a bit, and give it a faded look. Don’t know if it works for others, but it fits for me.
