This is a second throw at Ailsa’s alternative weekly challenge. It wouldn’t be possible for me to pass up another opportunity to show another couple of dewdrop photos!
OK, it’s technically not reflection … it’s refraction – but what good is a photo challenge if you can’t cheat?

Wow wow wow, these are divine, Alice. That first one in particular, the dewdrop is massive. Gorgeous entry! Cheating is totally allowed – in fact it is encouraged! xxx
Lol! It’s not massive … it’s just close up!
Thanks for the compliments, and well done for taking the initiative to get the challenge rolling 🙂
These are gorgeous, Alice. 🙂
Thank you, Imelda …. but they are only your Spring Rain pictures … just a little bit closer 🙂
love these, Alice! brilliant refractions. they work for me 🙂
Thank you very much 🙂
Amazing!
Thanks for your comment 🙂
these are a work of art. Just stunning.
Thank you so much. I think I’m done with dewdrops now on here – unless I figure out how to do something a bit different with them.
These are AMAZING! All I have to say is WOW!!!
Thanks – I just liked the fact that they have a little sparkle going on this time 🙂
Love them!
Thanks!
Amazing, really fabulous!
Thanks for saying so! 🙂
wonderful reflection drops!
Thanks for taking the time to say so 🙂
OH! How beautiful!
It’s all Mother Nature’s doing. I just like to freeze it 🙂
Thank you for the compliment 🙂
Oh wow! I really want to have the first and second one framed. Do you sell prints or give permission for that sort of thing???
Okay, the bird photos on your previous post were outstanding, but these are amazing, astonishing, astounding, and all alternate assorted “A” words expressing appreciation! 😀
Thank you! That makes me very Appy 🙂
I just pulled my husband away from his newspaper so he could see these photos! Wow!
Oh, good grief! I hope he wasn’t too disgruntled!
Not at all! 🙂
Incredibly cool!!!
Thank you, friend! 🙂
Wowzer … these are stunning! I’ve tried to many times to do this but I don’t get it … the few I have, have been pure chance..
I found it impossible to do with Auto Focus …. and if you use Manual, just forget about the the droplet and focus on the picture inside.
It took me a while to figure out myself 🙂
Next time, I’ll try Manual. It’s supposed to rain tomorrow 😀
Amazing photos!
Thanks, Alana 🙂
Nice job…I particularly like the 2nd one… very effective with the 2 blades of grass
Thanks, Helen.
I figured I’d try and do a bit more with them – stretch myself a bit.
Lovely, lovely, lovely
Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙂
